At The Decor Bug Signage, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy for orders within the United Kingdom.

1. Shipping Options & Rates

  • Small Item Delivery (Tracked 24 hours): £4.99 – Delivered within 1-2 business days from dispatch
  • Medium Item Delivery (Tracked 24 hours): £7.99– Delivered within 1-2 business days from dispatch
  • Large Item Delivery (Tracked): £14.99- Delivered within 1-3 business days from dispatch.

Delivery refers to the duration after the orders have been dispatched. Please note that the items may take upto 7 business days weeks processing time before being dispatched.

We partner with reliable third-party courier services to deliver your orders and dispatch all shipments in good faith. While we make every effort to ensure your package is shipped promptly and securely, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery timelines or take responsibility for delays, damages, or loss once the package has been handed over to the courier.

All shipping and delivery responsibilities lie with the respective courier company. Any concerns or claims regarding delivery should be addressed directly with the courier service handling your shipment.

2. Processing Time

  • The standard processing time is around 10 business days, however we will do our best to process as soon as possible. 

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to track your delivery status online.

4. Processing Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to factors outside our control, such as adverse weather, peak periods, or carrier delays.

5. Undeliverable Packages

  • In cases where a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if it is unclaimed, we may charge a re-shipping fee to resend the package.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and the Channel Islands. However, additional fees or extended delivery times may apply for remote locations.

7. International Shipping

  • We are currently not shipping international.
