At The Decor Bug Signage, each bespoke order is carefully crafted to meet the unique specifications and preferences of our clients. Due to the personalised nature of these orders, we uphold a strict No Refund Policy on all our products.

Customisation Commitment: Once an order is placed and customisation has begun, the materials and design work specific to your order make it impossible to return or resell the product.

Approval Process: We strive to involve you in every stage of the design and production process to ensure that the final product aligns with your vision. Design review and approvals will be carried out using digital mock up of the orders where applicable.

Order Modifications: Modifications to your order may be accommodated before production begins. Once production has started, changes may incur additional costs or may not be possible.

Quality Assurance: Each bespoke product undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before delivery. Should you find any defects related to craftsmanship, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will address the issue accordingly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of receiving if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
